The staff on site were more than helpful and friendly. They assisted loading equipment onto trailers and gave a run down on how to operate it if you didn’t know. Their store offers a large variety of equipment to rent and it’s all in great shape.

Very happy with the customer service I received yesterday. Had a malfunction with a trencher and crew showed up quickly with a replacement. I could tell that the equipment was well taken care of but anything mechanical can break. For the crew to respond so fast was impressive.

I have rented a hole auger, cement mixer, tiller and genie lift here, everything worked. The only time something broke it was a simple fix and they were extremely helpful even giving me the time lost and some by extending the rental for free. I will be back this summer. Rental tools is a hard business as most people treat rental equipment in ways they would never treat their own tools.
